Slow Pace

Inching slowly, time descends into hibernation. I believe I've woken up for a small sampling of time. It was good to be awake again. Time was all but too fast when I let the dreamy haze take me.
Why have I slept so long? Being awake is wonderful, dreaming is the beyond that I cherish, the safety I seek. Conquering fear, is something I like to do, It's time to stay awake.
